The cheese shop we visited had exceptional cheese and chocolate sourced with local ingredients. The weather was truly awful but the views of the countryside were many shades of beautiful green. Cows and small sheep were thriving throughout the hillsides. We made some stops for food and beverages at small family owned spots.…”
